Building a dynamic Foster Youth Team (FYT) takes planning and commitment to relationship building. Foster Youth programs at the Site, District and County level who succeed possess strong, trusting and productive relationships with dedicated partners. These relationships are premised on trust, mutual value and the shared goal of "moving the needle forward" for our students.
